11/01/2012 Is Japan Ruling The Wave In Australian Waters. Tokyo's Illegal Invasion

Japan defies the Australian Governments orders to leave.

Early in the morning the Japanese explosive tipped harpoon ship, the Yushin Maru No 3, was stationary in Australian world heritage territorial waters and area off of MacQuarie Island, watching and tailing the Bob Barker conservation ship. This is despite a call from Australia, asking the ship to leave the Australian territory area.

The Japanese Yushin Maru No 3, is breaking Australian law, which prohibits the entry of whale killing ships into the Australian exclusive economic zone and territorial waters.

Senator Brown from the Green Party said, "at this stage a Australia naval vessel should be dispatched to the Macquarie Island world heritage area, to assert Australian law and the Japanese ships presence, was an illegal invasion".

According to a 2008 order of the Australian Federal Court, Japanese whaling vessels are prohibited from entering the Territorial waters of Australia.

Humane Society International reminds Australia that Japanese whalers are illegal in Australian Territorial waters

Statement from Humane Society International, the organization that successfully took the Japanese whalers to court and received a court order banning the Japanese whalers from Australian Territorial waters:

Under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, it is an offense for a whaling vessel to operate anywhere inside Australia’s 200 nautical mile EEZ, not just within the 12 nautical mile territorial waters.

Another Japanese Incident took place with the Shonan Maru No 2 just 14 miles outside of Fremantle Australia, where this ship, was waiting around to harass and tail the Steve Irwin the conservation ship. Australia's contiguous zone to it's territorial sea, extends a further 24 nautical miles from it's territorial sea base line. It plainly states that Australia decides who can enter and leave Australia. This is the area where the Forest three boarded the Shonan Maru No 2.

This is an even more serious incident involving Japanese whale killing ships.

The Antarctic Southern Ocean Whale Sanctuary, is a sanctuary for whales and sanctuary means sanctuary. Australia is supposed to protect these waters. So why does the Australian Government allow the Japanese, in their whale killing ships, to kill and lift out of the sea 1000 of our wonderful prehistoric family loving whales in the whale sanctuary? Why won't the Australian Government, send out a patrol boat, to monitor and video what is going on, so that it can be used, at the Hague court, against the Japanese whale killers?

Japan ignores the Australian Federal Court ruling in 2008 stating that whalin vessels be banned from entry into the 200 mile Economic Exclusion Zone.

Japan ignores the International Martime Organization ban on the use of heavy fuel below 60 degrees south latitude (Antarctic Southern Ocean).

The Japanese whale killing company is Kyodo Senpaku Kaisha Ltd

Why is the Australian Government allowing the Japanese to walk all over them and why doesn't the Australian Government enforce these laws, why?
